The firm „Tisa Waterworks” in Horgoš, as a company with limited liability, takes care about water supply and it also does the distribution of water in the 10 settlements of Kanjiža township, with 192 km of water-pipe net, 29 wells, 10 pumping stations and 9.930 household connections with the total annual amount of water produced of 1.200.000 m3.

In fact it can be claimed that in 10 settlements of Kanjiža township (Kanjiža, Horgoš, Fodor School, Zimonjić, Velebit, Orom and Novo Selo, Doline, Trešnjevac, Totovo Selo, Male Pijace) it does the water supply under the control of tehe company „Tisa Waterworks” with limited liability, which dates back to 1968, but in the area of the two local communities, Martonoš and Adorjan it is done by the local communities themselves.
